Being Home on Spring Break!

By Tia Graham on March 4, 2013

For those (like me) who didn’t do anything fun for spring break, here are a few tips to keep busy while waiting for classes to resume.

1). Read a book
I know there are several books that you have wanted to read, but couldn’t. Right? Well, this is the time for you to pick that book, Kindle, iPad or any other thing you use to read and fall into another life. Maybe you will find out something new about yourself.

2). Start your workout
If you have wanted to start working out, you should start now when you have time to figure out what will work for your time and body.

3). Catch up or get ahead on some classwork
If you’re like me you have classwork, homework, assignments and all kinds of things that need to get done for class. Start working on stuff that you couldn’t while classes were in session. That’s what I plan on doing this spring break!

4). Catch up on TV series
There are so many shows to keep up with now on television that its too hard to watch them all. Catch up on shows this spring break that you love, but just don’t have time to watch during classes.

5). Map out the rest of your semester
I know for me its hard to keep a schedule while classes are going, but with breaks like this, I can chart everything that is due. This gives me a heads up on things that I just can’t keep track of.

There are several other things you can do that I shall not name at this time, but here are a few that will help you with the boredom of being at home on spring break!
