Lease Transfer at Skyvue – Furnished Room with Private Bathroom in 2B2B Near Campus | Male Roommate

I will be out of state next semester, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Skyvue. The lease runs through July 31, 2026. You'll share the apartment with a considerate male roommate who is also signed through July 31, 2026. The lease transfer will be officially processed through Skyvue's leasing office (I will let you know the details once you express interest). Room: Private bedroom that is mostly furnished (mattress, desk, chair, and dresser provided). You'll need to bring your own bed set and other personal necessities. The room also includes a private bathroom.

Apartment: 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit on the first floor with shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry access.

Utilities: Free high-speed internet. Other utilities billed separately based on usage through the leasing office.

Amenities: 24-hour gym, hot tub, study spaces, and lounge areas.

Location: Prime location within walking distance to campus, shopping, and restaurants. Two parks are nearby, and there's a CATA bus stop close to the building.

Parking: I'm not currently using a space, but assigned garage spaces are available for $40/month through the leasing office.
