Lease Takeover - Private Bedroom in 4BR Duplex Available Jan 1, 2026 (flexible by agreement)
Remainder-term assignment through July 31, 2026 in a licensed duplex at 1645 Coolidge Rd, East Lansing. The lease identifies four bedrooms (Rooms A-D) and is a single joint lease; you would take over my spot with landlord's written consent.
Sharing duplex with 3 boys and a single cat.
Included in rent: High-speed Internet, trash, lawn care, and parking-lot snow removal. Tenants split electric, gas, water/sewer and pay a $5/mo utility admin fee per 7.
Parking: Marked surface parking; up to one assigned space per tenant with written approval; guest parking in designated areas; towing for violations.
Appliances/Features: In-unit washer & gas dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, electric range & hood (landlord-supplied; tenant responsible for misuse damage).
Security/Policies: Exterior video surveillance on parking/driveways (no interior). No smoking inside the unit. Pets allowed only with landlord approval via Pet Addendum; non-refundable pet fee + monthly pet charge, dogs 40 lb unless otherwise approved; max 4 pets per duplex side.
Assignment Terms: Landlord must consent in writing; $100 administrative processing fee. I'll route applicants through the landlord's portal for screening.
